Whether you are wanting to work on your fitness, technical riding abilities or have a goal race or event that you would like to partake in.  We can provide you with a tailored plan to suit your needs and lifestyle, helping you achieve your goals.

Option 1: Monthly Plan:

I will give you a training plan to ensure you reach you goal.  Before we start, we take some metrics which your programme is based off.  You work through the programme by yourself.  I am available on email/whatsapp for questions/advice/feedback and/or programme adaptions.


Option 2: Monthly Plan with Monitoring and Adaptions:

This is a monthly training programme emailed to you on a weekly basis.  Before we start, we take some metrics which your programme is based off.  I  then link your activities up to my coaching programme via Training Peaks and closely monitor the load of the sessions and give feedback after key sessions.


Option 3: 'The DELUXE' - Monthly Plan with Monitoring and Adaptions including 4 x 1.5-2 hour rides (either fitness or skills and or technical flow, as needed):

This is our 'Deluxe' monthly training programme offering.  Your programme is emailed to you on a weekly basis.  Before we start, we take some metrics which your programme is based off.  I  then link your activities up to my coaching programme via Training Peaks and closely monitor the load of the sessions and give feedback after key sessions. Interaction is a number of times per week either via  email/whatsapp/phone or in person.  This programme also allows 4 x 1.5-2 hour rides in a calendar month.  These rides are done mostly in a one-on-one basis but if a longer outride might be with a small private group with people who are working to similar goals.  These rides allow us to work on your fitness, technical and/or technical flow riding ability - preference will favour your needs.  All sessions are kept in line with your training programme and are there for you to get some hands on skill, techniques and motivation ensuring you reach your goal.
