Small Private Group & Open Group Sessions: 

Technical Sessions cover the core fundamentals of mountain biking and applying these to the trails, helping you become a safer rider, more confident rider and assisting you in finding your flow. These sessions are tailored to your needs.

Fitness Sessions are aimed at adults and cover methods for improving your fitness on the bike.  The sessions are 90 minutes in length and are done in an open group environment.  The session covers a warm up, a period of structured intensity and then a cool down.  These sessions are done with an Internationally Certified Instructor by your side, guiding you through the work and the trails.  These sessions are great at getting you motivated, staying accountable and helping you build your fitness with a bit of guidance, motivation and monitoring as they are conducted with an Internationally Certified Instructor right by your side.  These sessions are not a technical skills session, however, depending on the bike park where the session is being conducted, an element of skills practice comes into play, as you need to ride the trails to get to your ''place of work''.

NB: These are small open group sessions.  We do try to group riders with the same ability together as much as possible but this is not always possible.  It is therefore important to understand that a degree of patience and flexibility may be required if you opt for this session.  If you prefer to move and work at your own pace and have a more tailored approach to your ability, a one-on-one session rate or small private group rate will apply.  Fitness Sessions sessions require a minimum of 3 riders per session in order for the relevant rates to apply and the session to proceed.

Group Ride Sessions are aimed at children and are open to whomever wishes to join.  These sessions are 1 hour of riding where you get to ride the trails and get to really practice applying the Fundamentals to your riding under the guidance of an Internationally Certified Skills Instructor.  NB:  As per the Fitness Sessions, these are small open group sessions.  It is advised that a fundamentals session be conducted prior to a Group Ride Session so there is prior knowledge of these skills before riding the trails.  We do try to group riders with the same ability together as much as possible but this is not always possible.  It is therefore important to understand that a degree of patience and flexibility may be required if you opt for this session.  If you prefer to move and work at your own pace and have a more tailored approach to your ability, a one-on-one session rate or small private group rate will apply.  Group Ride sessions require a minimum of 3 riders per session in order for the relevant rates to apply and the session to proceed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • To confirm a one-on-one booking - 100% payment is to be received in prior to lesson with all completed paperwork.
  • 72 hours notice is required to reschedule a one-on-one session.  No refunds after this period.
  • 24 hours notice is required to reschedule attendance in a small group session.  No refunds after this period
  • All associated bike park fees are for the clients account.
